The diagnostic is $125. If you approve the repair, that fee is applied toward the total and effectively waived.
Do I need to be home the whole time?
We just need someone 18 or older to be present to let us in, approve the work, and handle payment once the job is complete.

Yes. We stand behind our work with a 1-year parts & labor warranty on completed repairs (excludes issues caused by misuse, overloading, or new/unrelated failures).
